The contractor shall register his aircraft through the website www.alfaaviation.com.br informing the make, model, year of manufacture, total hours, time between overhaul, aircraft status report, equipment, asking price, internal photos (panel and interior) and external photos - plus any other data that the contractor finds relevant for the correct evaluation and publishing of his aircraft;
Once the aircraft registration has been submitted, the service provider will perform a descriptive evaluation of the aircraft, with the right to determine the refusal and / or acceptance, established in terms of brokerage;
The service provider holds the right to refuse or withdraw from the website aircraft information at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative for any reason whatsoever or on demand of the contractor.
The service provider undertakes to use its tools, techniques accordingly with the service and commitment aiming at the achievement of the sale. However, the service provider does not guarantee the sale of the aircraft.
The service provider is not responsible for the content or the accuracy and authorization of the contractor. In addition, the service provider is not held responsible for any damage, injury or loss caused by service users or by any equipment. The service provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on other websites and services, and the accuracy and integrity of other websites and services are not necessarily investigated, monitored nor checked by the service provider.
